For more than 50 years, the Eurofeu Group has experienced strong growth, both organically and through acquisitions.

Under the leadership of its President, Eric Hentgès, the Group has significantly strengthened its acquisition strategy and has completed nearly 30 transactions in France and across Europe since 2020. The companies acquired range from small businesses with fewer than 10 employees to larger, more structured organisations with more than 200 employees.

The Eurofeu Group continues to actively monitor the market and remains open to new acquisition opportunities in the fire protection sector (sales, installation and maintenance).

Thanks to our experience in corporate acquisitions, we have established a simple and efficient process that enables us to take concrete steps quickly:

• Signing of a confidentiality agreement allowing the exchange of certain key information.
• Meeting with Eurofeu’s Acquisition team to gain a better understanding of your company and its activities and to discuss potential opportunities.
• Preparation of a Letter of Intent (LOI), enabling you to assess the key terms of the proposed transaction (scope, timetable, financial terms, etc.).
• Following acceptance of our Letter of Intent, we carry out the necessary due diligence to confirm our assessment.
• Signing of the acquisition and transfer agreement, followed by the final payment of the agreed purchase price.
